Do you issue invoices in the company’s name?
Yes, for every stay. Send us your company details when you book or afterwards.
Can we pay by bank transfer?
Yes. We’ll include the bank details and payment deadline with your proposal. You can also pay by card.
Can you host a large team?
Yes. We spread your team across several units, in the same building where possible, and choose the category that best fits each profile: room, studio or apartment.
Do you have places with parking?
Yes. In some buildings parking is included and in others it’s booked separately. Tell us how many spaces you need and we’ll suggest the right options.
How do they get in if they arrive late?
With Smart Stay, everyone gets their code before arrival and walks straight in, no front desk, until midnight. If someone will arrive later, let us know and we’ll sort it out.
Is there somewhere to work?
Yes. Calma Rooms and Square Rooms have shared workspaces, and all our places have wifi. Calma Rooms, Square Rooms and The Madrid Studios also have a laundry, handy on longer trips.
