Ópera Stays by Charming
Ópera Stays by Charming is a building of fifteen rooms on Calle de los Caños del Peral, right in the Ópera neighbourhood and about 300 metres from Gran Vía and Callao. Every room has a private bathroom and a mini fridge, and there are several types: large doubles, exterior doubles with a balcony, triples and a compact double for those who just need a great place to sleep.
On the ground floor there’s a coffee corner and Smart Lockers, with free luggage lockers if you arrive early or leave late. And as in all our places, with Smart Stay you get in with your code, no front desk, no waiting.

Ópera is postcard Madrid: the Teatro Real, the Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral and the Sabatini Gardens, all a few minutes’ walk away. About 300 metres away are Gran Vía and Callao, with their theatres, cinemas, shops and Madrid’s big musicals; on the other side, Plaza Mayor, Sol and the city’s most historic streets.
From Ópera Stays you can explore the centre without the metro, though it’s 120 metres away if you need it: Ópera station connects directly with lines 2 and 5, and the Ramal takes you to Príncipe Pío.

What do I need to do before I arrive?
Complete the online guest registration, which is required by Spanish law. Once it’s done, we’ll send you your arrival instructions and entry code.
What time can I check in and out?
Check-in is from 15:00 until midnight. If you’ll be arriving later, let us know and we’ll sort it out. Check-out is by 11:00, except at Calma Rooms and Arturo Soria Stays, where it’s 12:00. You’ll also see it in your booking.
