Arturo Soria Stays by Charming
Arturo Soria Stays by Charming is a building of nine renovated studios on Calle de Asura, in Ciudad Lineal, steps from Avenida de Arturo Soria. They’re self-contained studios with a kitchen for two or three guests: the deluxe and premium studios, with a sofa bed, sleep three, and the standard doubles sleep two. One is adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
It’s a practical choice if you’re driving, since you can request a parking space in the building; if you have a trade fair at IFEMA or an early flight, as both are about 9 minutes away by car; or if you’re visiting one of the embassies or hospitals nearby.

Staying in Arturo Soria
Avenida de Arturo Soria is named after the urban planner who, in the late 19th century, designed the Ciudad Lineal here: a long, tree-lined street built for living with more space and greenery. It’s still one of Madrid’s quietest residential areas, with villas, parks, terraces and the Arturo Soria Plaza shopping centre for everyday needs.
Several embassies and hospitals are close by, making it a convenient base for appointments or visits. Arturo Soria metro (line 4) is about 650 metres away and takes you to the Salamanca district and the centre in minutes. And if you have a trade fair or congress at IFEMA, or an early flight, you’ll get there faster from here than from the centre.

What do I need to do before I arrive?
Complete the online guest registration, which is required by Spanish law. Once it’s done, we’ll send you your arrival instructions and entry code.
What time can I check in and out?
Check-in is from 15:00 until midnight. If you’ll be arriving later, let us know and we’ll sort it out. Check-out is by 11:00, except at Calma Rooms and Arturo Soria Stays, where it’s 12:00. You’ll also see it in your booking.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out? (Smart Lockers)
Yes, in buildings with Smart Lockers: free luggage lockers you book before you arrive. You can use them from 11:00 on arrival day until 22:00 on departure day. They’re available at Ópera Stays, Calma Rooms, The Madrid Studios, Cuatro Caminos Apartments and Vista Alegre Stays. For other places, just ask us.
What’s included?
Bed linen, towels, toiletries and wifi. Apartments and studios also have a fitted kitchen. Rooms at Ópera Stays, Calma Rooms and Square Rooms have a private bathroom; at Urban Rooms Madrid Ventas bathrooms are shared. You’ll find each place’s extras (microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge…) and building services (laundry, coworking, pool…) on its page.
