The Madrid Studios by Charming
The Madrid Studios by Charming are thirteen renovated studios on Calle de Pico de Mulhacén, in Puente de Vallecas, all on the ground floor. Each studio has its own kitchen and living area; there are studios for two, with a sofa bed for four, with access to the shared patio, and one adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
The building has a laundry with washers and dryers, a shared patio for some fresh air and Smart Lockers, with free lockers for your luggage if you arrive early or leave late.
The neighbourhood
Staying in Puente de Vallecas
Puente de Vallecas is one of Madrid’s neighbourhoods with the most character: down-to-earth and lively, full of bars, markets and long-standing local shops. It’s home to the Estadio de Vallecas, Rayo Vallecano’s ground, a short walk from The Madrid Studios.
Puente de Vallecas metro (line 1) is about a 7-minute walk, and line 1 takes you to Atocha and Sol with no changes. About 8 minutes away on foot is Cerro del Tío Pío park, with some of the best sunset views over Madrid. And for the same money you get more space than in the centre.

What do I need to do before I arrive?
Complete the online guest registration, which is required by Spanish law. Once it’s done, we’ll send you your arrival instructions and entry code.
What time can I check in and out?
Check-in is from 15:00 until midnight. If you’ll be arriving later, let us know and we’ll sort it out. Check-out is by 11:00, except at Calma Rooms and Arturo Soria Stays, where it’s 12:00. You’ll also see it in your booking.
What’s included?
Bed linen, towels, toiletries and wifi. Apartments and studios also have a fitted kitchen. Rooms at Ópera Stays, Calma Rooms and Square Rooms have a private bathroom; at Urban Rooms Madrid Ventas bathrooms are shared.
