A stroll away is Cerro del Tío Pío park, one of the best viewpoints over the Madrid skyline. With air conditioning, a work area and a washing machine, it is perfect for a getaway with friends or family.The kitchen has a hob, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a blender, with crockery and utensils for cooking at home. There is also a washing machine, a dryer, a drying rack and an iron with an ironing board. Air conditioning, heating, wifi, a TV, blackout curtains for a good night's sleep and a work area.
The bathroom has a shower. Towels, bed linen, shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer are included. There are free lockers to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, booked in advance. A cot is available on request.

Great place, exactly like the pictures. Considering we were two girls we felt very safe although the neighborhood was a bit far from the centre, everything went smoothly. Metro and bus stop are very close and just a few stops from the nearest attraction. The apartment offered everything we needed and more, super clean and the staff was very welcoming and helpful with our needs. For those who need their night rest it’s perfect as it was very quiet.

The place is smaller than it shows in the photos. It is clean, well arranged, and without useless clutter in this tight space. This room is on the bottom floor, near the entrance, which means that you hear all the people who come and go. Especially late at night and early in the morning might not be the best. The area is fine, depending on where you want to go. In the end, I find it overpriced for the location and how small the room is. But I guess these are the prices in Madrid.

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten von der Metro entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einwandfrei. Die Wohnung und vorallem die Küche hat eine tolle Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.
