A renovated apartment for 3 in Arturo Soria, one of Madrid's quietest residential neighbourhoods. The building has its own parking for just €10 a night, and IFEMA and the airport are a few minutes away by car. With air conditioning and a washing machine, it is perfect for a work trip, a couple or travelling with a friend.The kitchen has a hob, a microwave, a fridge, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster, with crockery and utensils for cooking at home. There is also a washing machine, a drying rack and an iron with an ironing board. Air conditioning, heating, wifi, a TV and blackout curtains for a good night's sleep.
The bathroom has a shower. Towels, bed linen, shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer are included. The building has its own outdoor parking, for just €10 a night, on request. There is a lift. A cot is available on request.

I enjoyed my stay at this flat, easy check-in, clear instructions, the studio is very cozy and has everything you need. The metro station is 6 min near the studio, and the location is really great. My stay was excelent, thank you Javier, I hightly recommend this place and for sure I'll stay there in my upcoming trips to Madrid !!

Un séjour parfait ! Très joli studio, particulièrement propre, spacieux et bien équipé. Le lit était vraiment confortable. La résidence est très propre et sécurisée. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Merci également à l'hôte qui s'est montrée très réactive tout au long du séjour.

El apartamento estaba en excelentes condiciones, en un edficio muy seguro y en una zona tranquila. Es más pequeño de lo que parecía en las fotos pero nos convino igualmente, ya que era una estancia corta. Hay un mercadona a 2 calles y servicio de autobus. La comunicación con el anfitriñon fue fluida en todo momento.
