From here you reach Madrid Río and the city centre in no time, and come back to a quiet neighbourhood to rest. With air conditioning, a dishwasher, a work area, a pool and parking, it is perfect for families, friends or a couple's getaway.The kitchen has a hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster, with crockery and utensils for cooking at home. There is also a washing machine, a drying rack and an iron with an ironing board. Air conditioning, heating, wifi, a wired connection, a TV, blackout curtains for a good night's sleep and a work area.
The bathroom has a shower. Towels, bed linen, shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer are included. The building has an outdoor pool, open in summer, and one free parking space per apartment. There is a lift. A cot is available on request.

C'est notre second voyage dans l'immeuble de José, mais dans un autre appartement. Comme la première fois, tout était parfait, l'emplacement proche du métro, le quartier calme etc... Nous avons choisi une nouvelle fois le logement de José car tout est parfait: propre, moderne, avec beaucoup d'équipements (parking gratuit, piscine...). C'est la seconde fois que nous venons chez José, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir une nouvelle fois.

The bed mattresses were so bad, I could not sleep and that is all I wanted to do after a whole day of travel. We had 4 people and we asked if they could replenish the toilet paper and for the amount paid! That was a very minimal request. They said one was provided and the remaining was responsibility of the guest. I also asked that questions about the toilet paper and it has to be asked to someone else and that takes long for an answer. I would not recommend it without the host investing in providing at least a decent bed where guest can rest. The home rules also have you take out the trash but no direction to find the trash bin outside. Asked to give a 5 start review and he would do the same. I was a great guest and left the place great and took video of it, but the hosting could it been better.
