A renovated studio with its own terrace, on the ground floor and with self check-in, a few minutes from Puente de Vallecas metro. A stroll away is Cerro del Tío Pío park, one of the best viewpoints over the Madrid skyline. With air conditioning, a work area and a washing machine, it is perfect for a getaway with friends or family.The kitchen has a hob, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a blender, with crockery and utensils for cooking at home. There is also a washing machine, a dryer, a drying rack and an iron with an ironing board. Air conditioning, heating, wifi, a TV, blackout curtains for a good night's sleep and a work area.
The bathroom has a shower. Towels, bed linen, shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer are included. There are free lockers to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, booked in advance. A cot is available on request.

The studio is great it has everything one needs, and it is located near a metro station (10 minutes on foot) making it easy to go to the city’s centre. There are also supermarkets around and the streets seemed calm and safe. I definitely would recommend it to someone.
