A practical, quiet apartment in Bellas Vistas, a few minutes from Alvarado metro, which takes you to Sol in a quarter of an hour with no changes. With a double bedroom, a sofa bed for two more in the living room, air conditioning and a work area, it is a comfortable base for discovering Madrid as a couple, with friends or with family.The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, with crockery and utensils for cooking at home, and there is also a washing machine, a drying rack, an iron and an ironing board. Air conditioning, heating, wifi, a TV and blackout curtains for a good night's sleep.
Bed linen, towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer are included. The building has a lift and luggage storage for your bags on arrival or departure, and a cot is available on request.

Beautiful and clean apartment inside, but in a noisy neighbourhood with noisy neighbours in the surroundings. A bit warm but noticing the window is located near the street so difficult to open during night anyway.

The place was pretty decent. Neighborhood is in a working class part of Madrid, with close access to Metro and stuff. The place is very decently sized, with double bed, couch, and dining table, and nice sized shower. Very typical corporate AirBnB type of place. The company owns the whole building, so all the apartments in them are part of it. Typical 100% Ikea furnishings and everything. The few annoyances I had could have been temporary and taken car of for after. While I was there, there was a sump pump in an adjacent closet outside the my apartment door that seemed to be filling up or something. Had some annoying beeping for a few hours on 2 nights that kept me awake, and then the lobby and my apartment smelled of musty water for 2 nights also, that was a bit gross. They had people working on it after I told them.

Appartamento pulito e ordinato nel complesso. Le cialde per il caffè non erano adatte alla macchinetta presente in cucina, in bagno non c’era nessun appoggio per eventuali beauty o effetti personali. Abbiamo avuto diversi problemi per poter accedere all’appartamento a causa del codice d’accesso errato fornito dalla struttura.

Mieszkanie przytulne i co istotne bardzo czyste. Ma wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Okolica spokojna, blisko stacji metra (6 min spacerem) z której dojedziesz do centrum i ważnym miejsc Madrytu

A few metro stops take you to the Teatros del Canal, the Santiago Bernabéu stadium or Gran Vía, and when you come back, Calle Beire is so quiet you will sleep like a log.
To get to the airport, take line 6 from Cuatro Caminos to Nuevos Ministerios and change there to metro line 8 or Cercanías line C-1.
