Abbiamo avuto difficoltà nell'entrare nell'appartamento per via dei codici non funzionanti Il nostro arrivo è stato durante la notte abbiamo chiamato il numero fornito per le emergenze notturne e dopo una quarantina di minuti siamo riusciti a entrare Però il servizio è stato efficiente e molto gentile nonostante qualche difficoltà. L'appartamento era spazioso pulito ben arredato con tutti i comfort necessari . Il letto molto comodo.

Very clean and neat place, great decor. safe neighborhood, reactive and helpful host. Calm area but by foot you can reach a street with some stores and supermarkets. However, we did not find the location description very accurate. we definitely had to walk to the metro station for a longer period of time than mentionned. There is also a gap between the small bathroom door and the wall, which we find to be very inconvenient for its lack of privacy.

Overall ok stay. Positive aspects: The location is very good. The structure of the apartment is perfect. It has air conditioning. Negative aspects: We could not really sleep at night because of the noisy neighbors. The building conditions are not ideal. The smell in the stairs and corridors was unbearable. One of the showers was nearly clogged. It was impossible to shower at the same time because the water turned freezing cold. I found blood (?) stains on some of the towels.

Check in 3pm until 4pm still not yet finish. All door at bedroom can’t lock. Even the key pad the main entrance have problem. Not helpful ask him to find sth. To clean twice a day he said ok but no body to bring it.

Where you will be
Approximate location. The exact address is shared after booking.
A few metro stops take you to the Teatros del Canal, the Santiago Bernabéu stadium or Gran Vía, and when you come back, Calle Beire is so quiet you will sleep like a log.
To get to the airport, take line 6 from Cuatro Caminos to Nuevos Ministerios and change there to metro line 8 or Cercanías line C-1.

We had very good time, the flat was clean, nearby the metro, beds were bit small but comfortable. It was a nice stay overall.
