A few minutes from Alvarado metro, which takes you to Sol in a quarter of an hour, with air conditioning and a full kitchen.The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, with crockery and utensils for cooking at home, and there is also a washing machine, a drying rack, an iron and an ironing board. Air conditioning, heating, wifi, a TV and blackout curtains for a good night's sleep.

Jose has a cozy little place. The shower door in the second washroom didn’t function properly and the shower itself was loose to the wall and fell when turned on. The couch attachment kept coming off. The dish soap was minimal. The washroom faucet was loose and the building had a slight sewage scent to it. But what the property itself lacked, Jose made up twice over in communication and being incredibly accommodating

The location was convenient for us, but would have enjoyed being closer to some main streets and restaurants. Biggest problem was the online check-in did not work properly and the host only referred us to call a local number. We received the code by phone but were give the wrong apartment number. Called again for apartment number but house cleaning was still there past the 3pm check-in time so waited an hour to enter. We were given only a small refund for the inconvenience. Coffee had not been stocked but they did bring some later with a bottle of wine after requesting. The unit itself was comfortable and clean. Main inconvenience was the small water heater which was insufficient for three consecutive showers. There were also some strange and repetitive noises at night.

Very good walkable location from shopping and amenities. Beds are comfortable, but bring your own pillow. Has a nice private terrace. Second bathroom is “unusually” small and use can be difficult. Living area is spacious, kitchen is very tight. Hosts are great and overall area is mostly quiet. 10 minute walk to subway. Overall rating, good.

Large, comfortable living space, beautiful outdoor private terrace, beds comfortable but pillows not for sleeping, kitchen small and minimally equipped … kitchen could be reorganized to make everything reachable … master bedroom and ensuite very comfortable … second bath adequate for children or small people…overall good stay !

Good apartment and nice neighborhood. Looks new and as presented in the pictures. Few drawbacks: - A bedroom door that can be closed due to water damage to the door frame. - One of the two bathrooms is very small.

Bon séjour, appartement propre et conforme aux photos. Literie confortable et terrasse sympa. Cependant, l'accès au logement était compliqué en raison d'un manque d'instructions claires au départ avec IA (pré-enregistrement sur une appli qui ne marchait pas) Clim qui marchait mais fuyait dans le salon. Quand on se douchait en meme temps que la vaisselle l'eau était froide...

A few metro stops take you to the Teatros del Canal, the Santiago Bernabéu stadium or Gran Vía, and when you come back, Calle Beire is so quiet you will sleep like a log.
To get to the airport, take line 6 from Cuatro Caminos to Nuevos Ministerios and change there to metro line 8 or Cercanías line C-1.
