From here you reach Madrid Río and the city centre in no time, and come back to a quiet neighbourhood to rest. With air conditioning, a dishwasher, a work area, a pool and parking, it is perfect for a couple's getaway.

The private patio is everyone's favourite spot: the place for an unhurried breakfast or dinner in the fresh air. It has a table for eating outdoors. A bedroom with a double bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room. It sleeps up to 2.

The kitchen has a hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster, with crockery and utensils for cooking at home. There is also a washing machine, a drying rack and an iron with an ironing board. Air conditioning, heating, wifi, a wired connection, a TV, blackout curtains for a good night's sleep and a work area.

The bathroom has a shower. Towels, bed linen, shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer are included. The building has an outdoor pool, open in summer, and one free parking space per apartment. There is a lift. A cot is available on request.

Le logement était parfait en prestation, l’équipement était de qualité sauf les étagère entre la salle de bain et la chambre qui n’étaient pas fixées … Les codes mentionnais de la porte extérieure et du logement ne fonctionnaient pas normalement, il fallait parfois passer par le parking (qui ne fonctionnait pas tout le temps!) Un vrai stresse de sortir et de revenir dans l’immeuble (Inacceptable à un tel tarif!) Je ne suis pas exigeant mais c’était moyen

Gut erreichbar, in U-Bahn Nähe und überraschend ruhig gelegen. Gepflegte Anlage und Zimmer, Jose reagiert schnell auf Fragen und kleine Sonderwünsche. Kochen sehr gut möglich und trotz heißem Wetter angenehm kühle Räume, Danke an das team und gerne wieder

Opañel is a quiet residential neighbourhood in Carabanchel, with shops, traditional bars and real local life. On foot you can reach Madrid Río, the great park along the Manzanares, and from there Matadero Madrid, the city's great cultural centre; the Palacio Vistalegre arena, which hosts concerts and big events, is also close by.

The metro takes you to Puerta del Sol in about 25 minutes.

Plaza Elíptica (metro lines 6 and 11 and intercity buses) is a 5-minute walk, and Opañel metro (line 6) about 8 minutes.

To get to the airport, take line 6 to Nuevos Ministerios and change to metro line 8 or Cercanías line C-1. If you come by car, there is a free parking space in the building.
