Soy relativamente nueva usando Arbnb pero anteriormente me había topado con otros anfitriones mucho más dispuestos a ayudar. Aunque amable no mostró interés en ofrecerme alternativas para mi llegada…por lo que nunca pude alojarme en su lugar…solo pagué.

J'ai trouvé une odeur irritante avec un mur ou il y'a de l'humidité qui m'a causé une crise d'asthme et j'ai lui demandé de me changer l'appartement et il a refusé en disant qu'il a envoyé une équipe technique en disant qu'il n'y a rien et j'ai du galèrer avec un enfant de 12 ans pour chercher un autre appartement et lui aucune pitié ni empathie pour cet enfant qu'il passe la matinée dans un café pour attendre le check in dans un autre appartement En plus quand j'ai contacté airbnb il a commencé a mentir en disant que je n'ai pas quitté l'appartement alors que j'ai tous les justificatifs que j'ai quitté le lendemain la maison pour ne pas risquer ma santé Je ne recommande absolument pas cette personne ni l'appartement
