Vista Alegre Apartments by Charming is a building of six renovated apartments on Calle de Dolores Coca, in the Vista Alegre neighbourhood (Carabanchel). Four are one-bedroom apartments; the ground-floor one has a private patio, and the two-bedroom top-floor apartment has a private terrace, perfect for dinner outdoors.
All have a fitted kitchen and living room, and the building has Smart Lockers: book your locker in our app and leave your luggage if you arrive early or leave late.

Staying in Vista Alegre
Vista Alegre is one of Carabanchel’s liveliest neighbourhoods: long-standing local shops, markets, bakeries and terraces where long-time residents mix with young people who have discovered the area. The neighbourhood is also home to the Finca de Vista Alegre, a large historic estate with gardens, and the Palacio Vistalegre, which hosts concerts and big events.
Carabanchel metro station (line 5) is about a 4-minute walk and Vista Alegre about 6. Line 5 takes you straight to Ópera and Callao in the city centre, with no changes.

What do I need to do before I arrive?
Complete the online guest registration, which is required by Spanish law. Once it’s done, we’ll send you your arrival instructions and entry code.
What time can I check in and out?
Check-in is from 15:00 until midnight. If you’ll be arriving later, let us know and we’ll sort it out. Check-out is by 11:00, except at Calma Rooms and Arturo Soria Stays, where it’s 12:00. You’ll also see it in your booking.
What’s included?
Bed linen, towels, toiletries and wifi. Apartments and studios also have a fitted kitchen. Rooms at Ópera Stays, Calma Rooms and Square Rooms have a private bathroom; at Urban Rooms Madrid Ventas bathrooms are shared.
