Es la peor experiencia que he tenido en un alojamiento en mi vida. He viajado desde siempre, nunca he tenido una experiencia tan mala. La primera noche llegué de madrugada y la cerradura no abría la habitación, les escribí y llamé y nadie contestó. Tuve que irme a un hotel a las 2 de la mañana por no poder ingresar, que además me salió carísimo. Se negaron a reconocerme el valor. Y recién me abrieron la habitación al medio día del día siguiente. Perdí muchas reuniones de trabajo. La siguiente noche, no hubo luz en el departamento toda la noche. Tampoco me dieron repuesta. La zona nada recomendada. La atención pésima. Nunca contestaban ante la urgencia, sobre todo la primera noche. Y cuando pedí hablar con alguien solo me contestaba un robot. Finalmente al último día, se me metieron a la habitación 5 minutos pasados el check out. Por suerte ya tenía la maleta lista y estaba esperando el Uber, pero sin ningún aviso me abrieron la habitación. De estar cambiándome hubiese sido terrible.

Stayed for 3 nights in this place. The room was clean, and the bathrooms and kitchen were reasonably clean too. The room is located in a great locality about 5 mins away from the metro. There are many shops nearby for groceries, coffee, and drinks. Do note that bathrooms and kitchen are shared with other guests, so cleanliness/hygiene really depends on who you end up sharing with. I was in touch with Bruno who was very quick to reply, easy to reach out to, and gave very clear instructions on reaching the place through different modes of transport.

El espacio está bien, sin embargo al ser pequeño, la ventilación no es suficiente y no hay un buen aire acondicionado, por lo que en temporada de calor no es muy recomendable, fuera de ahí todo bien
