Urban Rooms Madrid Ventas by Charming is four rooms, two singles and two doubles, in a flat in Ciudad Lineal. The rooms are private, and the kitchen, lounge and two bathrooms are shared between guests.
It’s our most affordable option in Madrid: perfect if you’re travelling solo or as a couple, coming for a concert or an event, and just need a clean, comfortable place to sleep, with a kitchen to make yourself something.
The neighbourhood
Staying in Ciudad Lineal, near Las Ventas
Ciudad Lineal is a residential, well-connected district in east Madrid. Urban Rooms Madrid Ventas by Charming is close to the Las Ventas bullring, one of the most famous in the world, which also hosts summer concerts, and to the Movistar Arena, home to many of the city’s biggest concerts.
La Elipa metro (line 2), with direct trains to Goya, Retiro and Sol, is very close, and the number 28 bus stop is about a 3-minute walk away: it takes you to the Movistar Arena in about 16 minutes and to Puerta de Alcalá, by the Retiro, in about 20. There are supermarkets, bars and local shops all around.

What’s the difference between the non-refundable and the refundable rate?
The non-refundable rate is the cheapest, but it can’t be changed or refunded. With the refundable rate: free cancellation until 23:59 (Madrid time) 2 days before arrival. After that, 50% of the booking is charged; on the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the booking is charged..

What do I need to do before I arrive?
Complete the online guest registration, which is required by Spanish law. Once it’s done, we’ll send you your arrival instructions and entry code.
What time can I check in and out?
Check-in is from 15:00 until midnight. If you’ll be arriving later, let us know and we’ll sort it out. Check-out is by 11:00, except at Calma Rooms and Arturo Soria Stays, where it’s 12:00. You’ll also see it in your booking.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out? (Smart Lockers)
Yes, in buildings with Smart Lockers: free luggage lockers you book before you arrive. You can use them from 11:00 on arrival day until 22:00 on departure day. They’re available at Ópera Stays, Calma Rooms, The Madrid Studios, Cuatro Caminos Apartments and Vista Alegre Stays. For other places, just ask us.
