Apartamento impecável, bom para duas pessoas, edifício com elevador, depois que consegue a senha de acesso e facil de entrar e sair, muito boa a estrutura. Importante falar que é um pouco afastado do centro, mas tem 1 parada de metrô e ônibus próximos, mas perto do Aeroporto. Meu problema foi com o acesso ao edifício, a senha sumiu do app que eles usam, tentei contato com o proprietário e era atendido pela IA e fiquei um bom tempo para fora do apartamento, so consegui que me atendessem por que acionei o AIRBNB. Estava cansado, chegando de viagem e isso frustrou bastante em relação ao imovel pois tive que esperar um bom tempo ate a situação ser resolvida. Minha nota mais baixa se deve ao atendimento de IA que o proprietário utiliza.

I’ll definitely book again next time I’m planning to go to Madrid, 15 min by uber from the airport and 35 min by transport and also close to the city centre by transport too. Place was clean and it had all that you need for a short trip, I highly recommend for solo or a couple.

La mampara de ducha no cierra bien, La puerta de entrana tendria que tener una persiana, de noche entra mucha luz. La nevera hace demasiado ruido y está pegada a la cama eso hace complicado dormir. Pequeños detalles que te dan el 10.

There are a few items in the room that should be fixed (lighting over table, toilet seat, bracket for shower head). Also, if there were some dish soap in the kitchen area I could have washed the dishes/utensils I used :) And is there a way to turn off the exterior terrace light at night? Unfortunately it shines through the entrance door directly to the bed.

You are in Hortaleza, a quiet residential area between the airport and the centre. The IFEMA exhibition centre, home to major trade fairs and congresses, and Juan Carlos I park, one of Madrid's largest, with lakes and open-air sculptures, are close by.

Line 8 takes you to the airport in a few minutes, and line 4 to the Salamanca district and Argüelles.

Pinar del Rey metro (line 8) is about a 7-minute walk away, with direct trains to the airport, IFEMA and Nuevos Ministerios for the centre. Esperanza (line 4), direct to Goya and Argüelles, is about 13 minutes away, and bus 9 takes you to the centre.

To get to the airport, line 8 takes you straight to all terminals.
