Everything about the place itself was great—it was clean, modern, conveniently located, and equipped with everything we needed. Jose was also very friendly whenever communicating directly. Aside from two specific aspects, I would rate the stay very highly overall. However, there were two issues during our stay. First, check-in did not go smoothly. I had requested an early arrival to take an important work meeting from the apartment. While I appreciated the host accommodating the request, the door access failed upon arrival. I had to rush to a nearby café to take the call, which ultimately caused far more stress and disruption than if I had simply planned around regular check-in. This appeared to stem from poor communication by the management company (Charming Concept), as their automated chat system generates unhelpful responses. Second, we had no hot water on the first night until we realized the boiler had been turned down and we adjusted it

Although the apartment was clean and appeared recently renovated, overall it was not the best stay. Communication is via an AI bot and you need a separate app to get information to get inside the appartement. The location was great—very close to shops, the historic city center, the train station, and the beach. Inside looked modern and fresh, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The kitchen was missing several essentials. There were no kitchen towels, salt, pepper, cooking oil, baking paper, or coffee pods—items you would typically expect in a short-term rental. While the lack of a dishwasher was fine, the drawer beneath the oven felt like an awkward place for cutlery, and basic utensils like cooking tongs were missing. Regarding the bathroom (and kitchen), there was no hot water in the morning. Only a lukewarm shower. Additionally, while the internet speed was very good, the connection was unstable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Málaga Apartments by Charming 2 ! 😊 Un grand merci à José et Javier pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. L’appartement est vraiment très joli, propre, confortable et parfaitement équipé. Nous n’avons manqué de rien et avons été pleinement satisfaits de notre expérience. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le soin apporté à l’appartement, son confort ainsi que son emplacement, qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour à Málaga. José et Javier ont été des hôtes très agréables et accueillants. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et, si nous revenons à Málaga, nous n’hésiterons pas une seconde à séjourner à nouveau chez eux. Ce sera avec grand plaisir ! Apartment is spotless, modern and has the amenities needed for a trip, including a washing machine and washing powder. It is on a quiet street with about a 10 minute walk into the old town which was perfect for us.

Bell’appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato (così come lo stabile in cui si trova), silenzioso benché al piano rialzato e affacciato su strada. Pulizia impeccabile. Posizione strategica: il centro storico è raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Unico appunto: la dotazione della cucina va un po’ arricchita.

A pie llegas a la calle Larios, al mercado de Atarazanas y a la catedral en unos 15 minutos y a la Alcazaba en unos 20.
Para ir al aeropuerto tienes el Cercanías C-1 y autobuses directos desde el centro.
