Malaga Apartments by Charming is a building of eight places on Calle de Juan de Mena, about a 10-minute walk from Calle Larios. There are studios with a sofa bed for up to four, a triple studio, a one-bedroom apartment and, on the top floor, two studios for two with a private sun terrace and loungers.
All have a kitchen, so you can eat in whenever you like, and you get in with Smart Stay, in your own time.

Is there parking?
The building has no parking of its own. If you’re coming by car, we’ll point you to the nearest public car parks.
How many guests can stay?
The studios with a sofa bed sleep up to 4, the triple studio 3, and the terrace studios 2. Check each type for its capacity.
Is it close to the centre?
Yes, Calle Larios is about a 10-minute walk, and the cathedral and Picasso Museum about 11 minutes.
Why book here rather than on another site?

What’s the difference between the non-refundable and the refundable rate?
The non-refundable rate is the cheapest, but it can’t be changed or refunded. With the refundable rate: free cancellation until 23:59 (Madrid time) 2 days before arrival. After that, 50% of the booking is charged; on the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the booking is charged..

What do I need to do before I arrive?
Complete the online guest registration, which is required by Spanish law. Once it’s done, we’ll send you your arrival instructions and entry code.
What time can I check in and out?
Check-in is from 15:00 until midnight. If you’ll be arriving later, let us know and we’ll sort it out. Check-out is by 11:00, except at Calma Rooms and Arturo Soria Stays, where it’s 12:00. You’ll also see it in your booking.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out? (Smart Lockers)
Yes, in buildings with Smart Lockers: free luggage lockers you book before you arrive. You can use them from 11:00 on arrival day until 22:00 on departure day. They’re available at Ópera Stays, Calma Rooms, The Madrid Studios, Cuatro Caminos Apartments and Vista Alegre Stays. For other places, just ask us.
What’s included?
