It is a small, simple, and practical accommodation, especially designed for those coming to Madrid for an extended stay and looking for a comfortable place to relax in a quiet neighborhood.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, and the studio also includes a TV. Air conditioning and heating are provided through a split system.

We provide bed linens, towels, shower gel, and shampoo.

THE AREA

The studio is located in Abrantes, within the Carabanchel district. It is a residential neighborhood with supermarkets, bars, local shops, and everything you need for everyday life.

It is perfect for those who prefer a more authentic local atmosphere while still enjoying excellent access to all parts of Madrid.

Usera is also relatively close by and is known for its vibrant atmosphere, as well as its large number of Asian restaurants and shops. It is a neighborhood well worth exploring if you would like to experience everyday life in Madrid.

For us, the main advantage of this accommodation is its excellent transport connections. With Abrantes Metro Station just over a one-minute walk away, you can easily get around Madrid without needing to stay in the city center.

HOW TO GET THERE

The nearest metro station is Abrantes (Line 11), located just two minutes from the property.

Plaza Elípticais approximately a 12-minute walk away and offers connections to additional metro lines and bus services.

If you are arriving by car, the nearest parking garage we know of is located at Calle Julia Nebot, 4, about a 15-minute walk from the accommodation.

There is also usually street parking available around Calle del Camino Viejo de Leganés, although availability may vary depending on the day and time. If you plan to drive, we recommend checking Madrid's traffic and parking regulations in advance.

PLEASE NOTE

• Guests must present a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in.

•  To access the property, guests must go down approximately 15 steps, as the studio is located on the basement level (-1 floor).

• Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

• To access the apartment, you will need a smartphone with an internet connection.

• Guests will be required to sign a temporary rental agreement. This agreement respects the original terms of the reservation and must specify the rental period, stating that the purpose of the stay is not the indefinite occupation of the property or its use as the tenant's primary residence. It must also include the tenant's permanent address, registered residence address, and the reason for the temporary rental.

• Please note that if your arrival date is the same day you made the reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 PM.
