Located in a quiet yet well-connected area, Madrid Urgelis a recently renovated 2-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds, as well as a practical double sofa bed in the living area.

The living room also includes a comfortable sofa and a Smart TVso you can enjoy your favorite shows after a long day of studying or working in Madrid.

In addition, Madrid Urgel has a fully equipped kitchenarea with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

The apartment also features 2 bathrooms withcomfortable showers, and we provide shower gel, shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer for your convenience.

Madrid Urgel is equipped with 3 split-type air conditioningunits, providing cooling during the summer and heating throughout the winter. Bed linen, towels, an iron, and an ironing boardare also included. Please note that the apartment does not have a washing machine, but there are laundromats nearby.

Enjoy complete flexibility upon arrival thanks to self check-in. With access via an electronic lock, you can enter independently. You will only need a smartphone with an internet connection.

From the Airport:You can take a taxi with a fixed fare of €33, or use the metro:

Take Line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios and transfer to Line 6 towards Lucero.

Get off at Oporto station and transfer to Line 5 towards Alameda de Osuna.

Get off at Urgel station and walk to the provided address.

From Atocha Station:

Take Line 1 towards Pinar de Chamartín.

Get off at Gran Vía station and transfer to Line 5 towards Casa de Campo.

Get off at Urgel station and walk to the provided address.

From Chamartín Station:

Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU KEEP A LOW LEVEL OF NOISE WHEN YOU ARE IN THE PATIOS TO DO NOT DISTURB THE NEIGHBOURS.
• Baby cots are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host before your arrival.
• Guests must present a valid identification document and a credit card upon check-in.
• Parties and similar events are not allowed at this property.
• To access the apartment, you will need a smartphone with an internet connection.
• The guest will be required to sign a temporary rental agreement. This agreement respects the original conditions of the reservation and must include the duration of the contract, stating that the purpose of the rental is not the indefinite occupation of the property or its use as a primary residence. It must also include the guest’s permanent address, the address where they are officially registered, and the reason for the rental.
• Please note that if your arrival date is the same day you made the reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in.
