Located in a strategic position between the city center and the airport, Square Rooms by Charming is a fantastic standalone building ideal for those seeking convenience and a comfortable stay during their time in Madrid.

Our accommodation is located at Calle de Pegaso 17, just a few minutes from the “Pinar del Rey” metro station. This station is on metro line 8, giving you easy access to both downtown Madrid (Sol and Callao) and the airport, as this line goes directly to all terminals of Adolfo Suárez - Barajas Airport. Metro line 4, which connects directly to Goya and Argüelles, is a 13-minute walk away from “Esperanza” station.

Square Rooms by Charming is also just two metro stops from IFEMA, Madrid’s largest convention center, where major trade fairs such as FITUR are held. Square Rooms by Charming is the perfect base for your visit to Madrid, whether for leisure or business.

Our property features 13 comfortable and functional rooms designed to guarantee you a hassle-free and pleasant stay.

Each room is equipped with powerful air conditioning and heating, so you can enjoy an optimal temperature year-round.

This room includes a kitchenette (with a fridge, countertop, microwave, Tassimo capsule coffee maker, sink, plates, cutlery, glasses, and wine glasses). The room has a 1.35 cm bed, provided with linens, a set of towels per person, and its own bathroom with a shower, stocked with shower gel, shampoo y hand soap. You’ll also find a Smart TV, safe, and storage space with hangers.

Square Rooms by Charming offers common areas including a co-working space and a shared lounge with TV, so you can socialize with other guests if you wish. There are also irons and ironing boards available.

For your convenience, enjoy the freedom of our self check-in system. With a digital access code that opens all doors, you can enter independently without worrying about reception hours.

Just 7 minutes on foot is the “Pinar del Rey” metro station, served by line 8, which connects the city to the airport. Line 8 also takes you to IFEMA, only two stops away. About 13 minutes away, you’ll find “Esperanza” station, served by line 4, which connects directly to Goya and Argüelles. The excellent metro connections will allow you to easily reach Madrid’s main tourist attractions and shopping areas.

• From the Airport: You can take a taxi (approx. €22) or come by metro: Take line 8 at the airport and get off at “Pinar del Rey”. Walk a few minutes to our property.
• From Atocha Station: Take the commuter train toward Colmenar Viejo and get off at Nuevos Ministerios. From there, take metro line 8 toward the airport and get off at “Pinar del Rey”. Walk a few minutes to Square Rooms by Charming.
• From Chamartín Station: Take the commuter train toward San Fernando de Henares or Aranjuez and get off at Nuevos Ministerios. From there, take metro line 8 toward the airport and get off at “Pinar del Rey”. Walk a few minutes to our property.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• There are 5 steps from the entrance door to the elevator.
• From the elevator to room 301 (attic) there are 15 steps.
• Check-in: Guests must present a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in.
• Rules: Bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar events are not allowed.
• Cleaning: Daily room cleaning is not provided. If your stay is longer than three nights, you can request a cleaning service with towel change. Please note that this courtesy cleaning must be requested on the day of arrival.
• Please note that construction work is taking place on the adjacent property, so there may be some noise associated with the works during the day (weekdays only).
