Located in the quiet area of Villaverde Bajo and very well connected to the city center by metro, Casita Villaverde is a cozy and newly renovated traditional Spanish ground-floor house that combines comfort and privacy. With capacity for up to 6 people, and situated less than 9 minutes from the “Villaverde Bajo-Cruces” metro station, Casita Villaverde is your ideal home for spending a temporary time in Madrid.

Casita Villaverde features a magnificent private patio, perfect for enjoying Madrid’s pleasant weather. Have breakfast or dinner al fresco while enjoying a memorable evening.

The house is equipped with air conditioning to maintain a comfortable temperature during both summer and winter months.

The layout includes 2 double bedrooms, well-equipped with storage space, hangers, and mirrors. You’ll also find made beds, towels, and an iron with ironing board.

The living area includes a comfortable sofa (convertible into a double bed) and a Smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows during your stay in Madrid. You’ll also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi in case you need to work remotely.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals: 4-burner stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and a complete selection of utensils and tableware. It also includes a washing machine.

Casita Villaverde also has two bathrooms equipped with modern showers. For your convenience, we provide welcome toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and a hairdryer.

Enjoy flexible arrival with self check-in: Thanks to electronic lock access, you can enter independently. Please note that a smartphone with internet connection is required.

• Rental cribs available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to arrival.
• Tenants must present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.
• Parties or similar events are not allowed in this accommodation.
• To access the apartment, you will need a smartphone with internet connection.
• The tenant must sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original booking conditions and must specify the duration of the lease, stating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupancy nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address and the reason for the rental.
• Please note that if your arrival date is the same day you made the reservation, we cannot guarantee the apartment will be ready for check-in.
