Welcome to your new home in the most authentic Madrid.

Located in a very quiet area, this apartment combines comfort and functionality. Perfect for families or groups of up to 6 people, it offers all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

The apartment features two spacious bedrooms with double beds (one of them en suite) and a living room with a sofa bed. The living room has a TV so you can enjoy a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid. Each bedroom includes a desk where you can work or study comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and all the utensils and crockery you might need to prepare your meals.

You’ll enjoy two bathrooms with modern showers, and as a courtesy, we provide shower gel, shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer. Additionally, the apartment has electric radiator heating for the colder months and split-type air conditioning for hot days.

Included are linens, towels, an iron, ironing board, drying rack, and free Wi-Fi.

Your stay here is designed to make you feel comfortable and at home, enjoying every moment.

Nearby parking:

  • There is a free parking area (white zone) in front of the Almudena cemetery, right at the entrance. Just keep in mind that there is a market on Sundays, so you will need to move your vehicle. The address is Calle Santa Genoveva 1.

Nearby supermarket:

  • Lidl supermarket on Calle de Mª Teresa Sáenz de Heredia, a 5-minute walk away.

Recommended restaurants and cafes: Just a few steps from the apartment, you will find several delicious options:

  • For breakfast:Tapas bar Peyo on the same street, a 2-minute walk away.
  • Restaurant:La Paloma II, a restaurant recommended by three-Michelin-star chef Daviz Muñoz, known for its lobster rice. It is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

Proximity to hospitals:

  • Gregorio Marañón Hospital:Less than 12 minutes by car, and 20 minutes by public transport.

 

HOW TO GET AROUND:

The apartment is well connected by public transport, making it easy to access the entire city:

Metro:

  • Elipa Station (Line 2): A 9-minute walk.

To get to the apartment:

From the Airport:

  • By taxi: Fixed fare of €33.
  • By public transport:
    1. Take Line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios.
    2. Change to Line 6 to Manuel Becerra.
    3. Change to Line 2 to Elipa.

From Atocha Station:

  • By metro: Take Line 1 to Sol.
  • Change to Line 2 towards Las Rosas and get off at Elipa.

From Chamartín Station:

  • By metro: Line 1 to Sol.
  • Change to Line 2 towards Las Rosas and get off at Elipa.

If you arrive by car, remember to check the Madrid City Council website for environmental restrictions and permitted parking.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.

      • If cancelled more than 5 days before arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged and any amount paid will be refunded.
      • If cancelled between 5 and 1 day before arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
      • In case of no-show, the 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
