Located in the quiet Lucero area and very close to Casa de Campo, Madrid's largest park, Charming Lucero II  is a cozy and newly renovated studio that combines comfort and functionality. With a capacity for up to 3 people and situated less than 4 minutes from the metro station, Charming Lucero II is the ideal space to discover Madrid.

The living area features a comfortable sofa (convertible into a 1.20 cm wide bed) and a Smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows after a long day exploring the city.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals: a stove with 4 places, oven, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, and a complete selection of utensils and tableware.

Charming Lucero II  also has a bathroom equipped with a modern shower, and for your convenience, we provide gel, shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer.

The studio has air conditioning to maintain a suitable temperature both in summer and winter. It also includes sheets, towels, an iron, an ironing board, and free Wi-Fi, so you feel at home. There is also a washing machine with a drying rack.

Enjoy flexibility in your arrival with self check-in: Thanks to the electronic lock access, you can enter independently. Please note that a smartphone with an internet connection is required. It is also noteworthy that the studio is located on the ground floor with direct access from the street, making access easier.

The Lucero neighborhood is a quiet and family-friendly residential area with long-time residents, but very well connected to the center, allowing quick access to the city center without the hustle and bustle of busier areas.

• Supermercado Día, on Calle de las Higueras 57, just 2 minutes walking.
• Supermercado Mercadona, on Calle Olivillo 16, less than 8 minutes on foot.

Nearby gyms:

• Gimnasio Tomás Sánchez Fitness, on Calle Pascual Rodríguez 10, 5 minutes walking.

Recommended restaurants and cafes: Just a few steps from the apartment, you will find several delicious options:

• For breakfast: El Horno de Higueras, a bakery, pastry shop, and cafe. On Calle de las Higueras 40, 4 minutes on foot.
• For lunch: Bar Restaurante Jema, traditional food and tapas. It is a 7-minute walk from the studio on Calle de la Huerta de Castañeda 14.

HOW TO GET AROUND

The apartment is well connected by public transport, making it easy to access the entire city: Metro:

• Lucero Station (Circular Line 6): Only 3 minutes walking. Connects with the main metro lines.

To get to the apartment: From the Airport:

• By taxi: Fixed fare of €33.
• By public transport:
  1. Take Line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios.
  2. Change to Line 6 to Lucero.

From Atocha Station:

• By metro: Take Line 1 to Pacífico.
• Change to Line 6 towards Lucero.

From Chamartín Station:

• By metro: Line 10 to Príncipe Pío.
• Change to Line 6 to Lucero.

If you arrive by car, remember to check the Madrid City Council website for environmental restrictions and permitted parking.

• Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.
• Bachelor or bachelorette parties or similar events are not allowed in this accommodation.
• A smartphone with an internet connection is required to access the apartment.
• For bookings of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas consumption bills are the guest's responsibility.
• Please note that if your arrival day coincides with the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your entry before 5:30 PM.
