Calma Rooms by Charming is a new and cozy accommodation opened in November 2024, ideal for those seeking comfort and an excellent location in Madrid. Situated on Calle Alcántara, just a few steps from Diego de León metro station, it is the perfect starting point to explore the city of Madrid.

Our accommodation features very cozy rooms, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Each room has a double bed and a functional workspace for those who need to study or work during their visit. Additionally, you will find a private bathroom with towels and complimentary toiletries. There is also a hairdryer, so you can travel light.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure you enjoy the perfect temperature at any time of the year. We also offer free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation, ensuring you are always connected. The rooms also feature a Smart TV, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge, microwave, and iron with ironing board.

At Calma Rooms by Charming, we have designed a coworking/living area. On the -1 floor, you will find an ideal area for working, with a quiet environment and suitable resources for productivity. It is also a cozy space to relax and socialize with other guests.

Enjoy the freedom offered by our self check-in system. With a digital access code that opens all doors, you can enter independently, without worrying about reception hours. But don’t forget that we have a 24-hour helpline, so we are always available for you!

Just a 3-minute walk away is Diego de León metro station, which connects with line 5 and takes you to Gran Vía in about 7 minutes. • Thyssen-Bornemisza museum: Located about 3 km from the apartment, this museum houses one of Spain’s most important art collections, with works ranging from the Renaissance to contemporary art.

HOW TO GET AROUND

You have several nearby metro stations as well as buses.

• Metro Diego de León: Lines 4, 5, and 6. You can reach Gran Vía in 20 minutes with line 5.
• Metro Núñez de Balboa: Lines 5 and 9. Quickly connects with the city centre.

HOW TO GET HERE

• From the Airport: You can arrive by taxi, with a fixed fare of €33, or by metro: Take line 8 at the airport and transfer at Nuevos Ministerios station to line 6 to Diego de León station, then walk a few minutes to our accommodation.
• From Atocha Station: Take metro line 1 to transfer at Gran Vía station and then take line 5 to Diego de León station.
• From Chamartín Station: Take line 10 to Alonso Martínez station, then transfer to line 5 to Diego de León station.
• You can also arrive by car and park in one of the nearby car parks. Please check the Madrid City Council website for information on possible environmental restrictions and permitted parking.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Check-in: Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.
• Rules: This accommodation does not allow hen or stag parties or similar events.
• Cleaning: This accommodation does not provide daily room cleaning. If your reservation is longer than five nights, you have the option to request a mid-stay cleaning from the third day. Please request the cleaning on the day of arrival.
• Please note that if your arrival day coincides with the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the room will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 pm.
