Vibrant Madrid is a cozy apartment located in the heart of the city, right next to the famous Gran Vía and very close to the iconic Puerta del Sol square. It's ideal for those who need to spend some time in Madrid and want to stay in the very center.
The apartment accommodates up to 3 people and features one bedroom with a large double bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. It includes a full bathroom, a living area, and a fully equipped kitchen with: fridge and freezer, stove, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, plates and cutlery, glasses, pots, and cooking utensils.
Among the apartment's amenities, you'll find a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating throughout the entire space. It’s the perfect place to make your home during your time in Madrid.
Bed linens, towels, and welcome toiletries for the first few days are also provided as a courtesy.
The apartment is in a privileged location, right next to Gran Vía, in the very heart of Spain’s capital.
Gran Vía is the avenue every Madrileño walks down at least once a week. Feel like a true local as you stroll it daily.
-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
