Welcome to Charming Urban Madrid, two delightful independent apartments exclusively for adults, situated in the heart of Madrid, in the vibrant Argüelles area. These apartments are perfect for couples or friends who wish to enjoy everything the city has to offer, with a capacity for 6 people and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
One of the apartments features a cleverly arranged bedroom, including a bunk bed. The upper part is perfect for resting, while the lower part has been transformed into a practical work desk, ideal for those who need a space to study or work during their stay. The living room is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a single-use sofa, adapting to different guest configurations. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals: ceramic hob, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, and a complete selection of utensils, crockery, glasses, and cups.
The second apartment is a studio that includes a double bunk bed. The upper part is perfect for resting, while the lower part has a sofa for 2 people, facing a large 55’ Smart TV. It has a compact, well-equipped kitchen.
Both apartments have air conditioning, ensuring a cool environment throughout the space. Additionally, they have heating for the colder months, and include sheets, towels, and free Wi-Fi.
Located in the well-known Argüelles area, you will be surrounded by pubs and bars that make this area lively. It is ideal for those who want to immerse themselves in Madrid’s nightlife, although keep in mind that there may be some noise at night due to the proximity of these venues.
From Charming Urban Madrid, you will have easy access to some of Madrid’s main attractions. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you will find the beautiful Parque del Oeste, perfect for a quiet stroll or a picnic. Don’t miss the Templo de Debod, an ancient Egyptian temple that offers spectacular sunset views over the city.
The Royal Palace and Plaza de España are nearby, giving you the opportunity to explore the history and culture of the Spanish capital. Additionally, within walking distance, you can visit the Faro de Moncloa, an observation tower that offers unparalleled panoramic views of Madrid and its surroundings.

Parque del Oeste: Just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, this park is one of Madrid's green lungs. It's perfect for a relaxing stroll, a picnic, or simply enjoying nature in the heart of the city. Inside the park, you'll find the Madrid Cable Car, which takes you to Casa de Campo, offering spectacular panoramic views.
Templo de Debod: Located in Parque del Oeste, this ancient Egyptian temple is one of Madrid's most iconic sites. Not only is it a place of great historical value, but it also offers breathtaking sunset views, making it a magical spot in the evening.

HOW TO GET AROUND
You can walk to all the points of interest, though there are also several nearby metro and bus stations.
Metro Argüelles: Lines 3, 4, and 6. You can reach Plaza de Callao in 3 stops on Line 3. Metro - Intercambiador Moncloa: Line 3 and several intercity bus lines.
Getting to the Apartment:
- From the Airport: You can take a taxi to the apartment with a fixed fare of €33, or take the metro: Take Line 8 from the airport, transfer at Nuevos Ministerios to Line 6, and then travel to Argüelles station. You’ll need to walk a few minutes to the apartment.
- From Atocha Station: Take Line 1 to transfer at Bilbao station and then take Line 4 to Argüelles station.
- From Chamartín Station: Take Line 10 to Alonso Martínez station, transfer to Line 4, and then travel to Argüelles station.
You can also drive and park in one of the nearby parking facilities. Please check the Madrid City Council website for information on possible environmental restrictions and allowed parking areas.
