In the living-dining area, you can relax on a spacious sofa while enjoying the Smart TV. The apartment also features a complete bathroom with a shower, providing all the comfort you need.

Additionally, towels and shower gel-shampoo are included, as well as air conditioning and heating, ensuring a comfortable stay at any time of the year. The apartment is located on the ground floor with direct street access, making it easy to reach.

AREA

The Lucero neighbourhood, located in the southwest of Madrid, is one of the neighbourhoods in the Latina district. It is very close to Casa de Campo and the Madrid Amusement Park.

HOW TO GET THERE

From the Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas):
Take Line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios and, once there, transfer to Line 10 towards Puerta del Sur.
Get off at Príncipe Pío station and, once there, transfer to Line 6 towards Laguna.
Get off at Lucero station and walk to the provided address (about 3 minutes on foot).

From Atocha:
Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros and transfer at Cuatro Caminos station to Line 6 towards Laguna.
Get off at Lucero station and walk to the provided address (about 3 minutes on foot).

From Chamartín:
Take Line 10 towards Puerta del Sur and transfer at Príncipe Pío station to Line 6 towards Laguna.
Get off at Lucero station and walk to the provided address (about 3 minutes on foot).
