Maintain the perfect temperature all year round with central heating via beautifully restored antique radiators and a modern air conditioning system.

Shared Terrace:
You'll have access to a spacious 50-square-meter communal area, divided into two sections: an open-air area and a glass-enclosed section, which becomes a cozy winter terrace. This shared space is perfect for breakfast, meetings, or remote work while enjoying city views and socializing with other tenants.

Located in the vibrant Justicia neighborhood, right in the center of Madrid, you'll be close to both Chueca and Malasaña — ideal for feeling like a true local during your time in the city.

The studio also includes a private terrace, and you’ll have access to the large shared terrace, divided into an open section and a glass-covered section. This terrace is shared with tenants of three other studios on the same floor.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.

    • In case of no-show, the 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
