This lovely apartment is located in a building with an elevator, very close to Retiro Park and Atocha Train Station.

The apartment features two bedrooms with two single beds each, a full bathroom, and a living-dining room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette.

The kitchen is very practical and fully equipped, perfect for preparing your favorite recipes.

THE AREA

The apartment is situated in a quiet area full of local shops and very well connected. Retiro Park is just an 8-minute walk away and is ideal for jogging or escaping the city hustle. Atocha Renfe train station is 13 minutes away.

HOW TO GET THERE

From the Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas):
Take Line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios and transfer there to Line 6 towards Lucero. Get off at Cuatro Caminos station and transfer to Line 1 towards Valdecarros.
Get off at Menéndez Pelayo station and walk to the provided address.

From Atocha:
Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros.
Get off at Menéndez Pelayo station and walk to the provided address.

From Chamartín:
Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros.
Get off at Menéndez Pelayo station and walk to the provided address.

If you come by car, please check the Madrid City Council website for information on traffic regulations and parking.

GETTING AROUND

The closest metro stations (both 3 minutes from the apartment) are Menéndez Pelayo (Line 1) and Pacífico (Lines 1 and 10).

There are also numerous bus lines you can take from stops right next to the apartment.
