-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

This is a fully furnished flat, including toaster, washing machine, iron, a massive TV, etc. Everything was in a brand new condition. The flat is very cool, which is great in the hot summer months, in April we needed a pullover indoors. It is at a very central location, most things could be reached by a few minutes walk. The only problem I could mention is that the check-out message arrived a day late.
