However, if you pay attention, it is still common to see people working as prostitutes on the street. Although this is becoming less frequent, these businesses still exist in several buildings along the street. The brothels operate only during daylight hours, and there is a police station on the same street, so safety in the heart of Madrid is more than guaranteed. We like to inform our tenants about this because there is one of these establishments in our building. We assure you that it does not cause any inconvenience or issues, but you may see some women at the entrance or along the street. We prefer to be transparent in case this might be a concern for you.
