-Your new home is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator.

-Check-in after 8:00 PM has a supplement of €25.

-Baby cots are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please make sure to request one by contacting the host in advance of your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.

-Parties or similar events are not allowed in this accommodation.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

Muy buen piso todo nuevo y muy fino, bonita decoración y confortable, buenos aires acondicionados en la sala y las recamaras, baños modernos y buena agua caliente, a solo 20 minutos caminando de la puerta del sol con muchos restaurantes y bares en los alrededores sin embargo el piso es super callado no se escucha ningún ruido exterior me he quedado sorprendido con las ventanas qué son totalmente blindadas a ruidos y un sistema de cortinas qué cuando las bajas no puedes darte cuenta si es de dia o de noche para un excelente descanso cuando es justo y necesario, lo recomiendo al 1000 x 1000.

Todo excelente limpieza, ubicación, mobiliario prácticamente nuevo, excepto por un un inconveniente que tuvimos con una filtración del techo del baño la cual no se arregló al 100% y no pudimos utilizar más ese baño.
