Renovated apartment located on Calle Montera, between Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía.

The living room features an exterior window, a sofa, and a TV—perfect for enjoying a good movie after a long day of work or study in Madrid.

The bedroom also has an exterior window and includes a 150 cm bed, wardrobe, and desk.

Despite being in the city center, your new home offers a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to rest.

The bathroom includes a shower and is fully equipped.

The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, washer-dryer, and dishwasher.

Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and basic toiletries are all included.

Gran Vía, Plaza de Callao, Puerta del Sol, and Plaza Mayor are just a few minutes' walk from the apartment.

From the apartment, you can easily walk to any central location in Madrid—Plaza Mayor and Gran Vía are only a few minutes away on foot.

Buenos días. La estancia en el apartamento ha sido genial. La recepción y explicación de los elementos del apartamento fue perfecta a cargo de un joven que nos trató con mucha amabilidad. El apartamento es confortable y está muy bien ubicado, justo en medio de la zona centro de Madrid, no obstante, muy silencioso dada su ubicación. El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado con todos los electrodomésticos prácticamente nuevos. En nuestra próxima escapada a Madrid seguiremos buscando sus alojamientos. Los recomendados sinceramente.
