THE APARTMENT

Gran Vía V is a cozy apartment located in the heart of Madrid, ideal for spending a season in the capital of Spain.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 people and features one bedroom with a large double bed. Gran Vía V includes a full bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with: refrigerator and freezer, stove, washing machine, capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, plates and cutlery, glasses, pots, and cooking utensils so you can prepare your favorite recipes during your temporary stay in Madrid.

Among the apartment’s amenities are a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room, and heating throughout the entire apartment.

As a courtesy, bed linens and towels, shower gel, shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer are also provided.

  • The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement.
