The Ópera apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, an ideal place to make Madrid your home and enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The building features a communal pool and gym for guests’ enjoyment, offering all the amenities to make you feel at home.

This magnificent and spacious 140-square-meter apartment is very bright and perfect for families or large groups. It has 3 bedrooms:

  • One bedroom with a double bed, small balcony, wardrobe, and a full en-suite bathroom.

  • Another bedroom with a double bed, balcony, and wardrobe.

  • A third bedroom with bunk beds and a walk-in closet.

There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a guest toilet on the ground floor. The ground floor houses a large living room with two comfortable sofas, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV—ideal for relaxing and enjoying a good movie after a long day exploring the city. From the living room, you have direct access to the fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, vitroceramic cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots, plates, glasses, pans, and cooking utensils.

Additionally, on this floor, there is a convenient laundry room with a washing machine, independent dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Among the apartment’s amenities, you will also find free Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE NEXT DOOR BUILDING IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION, AND UNFORTUNATELY DURING THE DAYTIME THERE IS SOME NOISE.



HOW TO MOVE

You have all public transport within 100 meters, including the electric bicycles of Madrid.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. We needed a place to stay for two nights in Madrid and this apartment was great. It was clean and comfortable.The location is within walking distance to Plaza Mayor and Sol. There is a supermarket around the corner. It is on the first floor, so no stairs or elevator is necessary. The communication with the company that manages the apartment was very professional and responsive.

The apartment is so good looking and its location is perfect Just next to Gran Via. Both of the bedrooms are spacious and the beds are really nice. I really enjoyed my stay there!
