Comfortable and modern apartment with capacity for 3 people, perfect for temporary stays. Located very close to Plaza España.
The apartment consists of one double bedroom with wardrobes, a living room-kitchen with a single sofa bed, dining area, full bathroom, and a large shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with: ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle, plates and cutlery, kitchen utensils... perfect for cooking your est recipes.
Among the amenities of the apartment, you will also find air conditioning and heating, free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, welcome toiletries, sheets and towels, Smart TV with ambilight, and a projector in the living room. You will feel like at your onw home during your time in Madrid!
The apartment has a privileged location from which it is possible to walk to all the areas in the city center. Gran Vía is just 5 minutes from the apartment.
-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
