Plaza de Callao Apartmentis located in the heart of Madrid. This bright and spacious flat features three balconies facing a pedestrian street and sits just a few steps from the iconic Plaza de Callao. Located in a building with an elevator, it’s the perfect place to live like a true local during your stay in the capital.

The apartment offers two bedrooms:

  • Bedroom 1: With a balcony to the street, a king-size bed (200x200 cm), and storage space.

  • Bedroom 2: With an en-suite bathroom, two single beds (200x80 cm each), and storage space.

All beds are fitted with premium mattresses, ideal for longer stays in the city.

The kitchen provides generous storage space and is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cookware, and all kinds of kitchenware.

There are also two full bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers.

The living room is designed for comfort, with a cozy sofa, flat-screen smart TV, and a dining table — the perfect spot to relax after a long day of studying or working. From the living room, you can access two of the balconies, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee in the fresh air.

Additional amenities include air conditioning and heating, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, bed linen and towels, iron, ironing board, clothes rack, and complimentary toiletries for the first few days.

Plaza de Callao Apartment is located in the best part of Madrid! You can walk to all major central attractions — Plaza de Callao is just 30 seconds away on foot, and Puerta del Sol is about a 5-minute walk.

The apartment sits in the Sol neighborhood, a central area that’s also perfectly suited for longer stays. You’ll find everything you need: supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, convenience stores, and more. Many locals consider Sol one of the best places to live in Madrid.



GETTING AROUND

There’s no need for a car — you can easily explore all of Madrid’s main attractions on foot. But if you do prefer public transport, the nearest metro stations are:

  • Callao Station(Lines 3 and 5): 1 minute walking distance.

  • Santo Domingo Station(Line 2): 2 minutes walking distance.

  • Gran Vía Station(Lines 1 and 5): 4 minutes walking distance.

  • Sol Station(Lines 1, 2, and 3, plus Renfe C3, C4, and Intercity commuter trains)

There are also numerous bus lines with stops nearby.



    THE FINE PRINT

    - Arrivals from 20h up to 00h have to pay a supplement of 25€.

    -Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

    -Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

    -Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

    -Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

    -The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

    -Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.

    What an incredible welcome to Madrid. This apartment is perfectly located in central Madrid. Safe and fun area. Convenience store, wine store, best coffee at Geisha coffee - all beside it. We went to a restaurant across from it twice because it was so good. Four of us stayed here and I cannot say enough what a find this apartment was.

    This was a great and very pleasant stay. The apartment is just as shown in the pictures, completely remodeled and everything seems new, very clean, and very well maintained. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment does not get any noise from the outside.Location is exceptional in terms of being walking distance or short metro ride from main attractions such as the Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Paseo del Prado, Parque del Retiro, etc. Additionally, there are many restaurants nearby or right on the street of the apartment. Highly recommend it, this is a great value stay.

    Questo appartamento è un piccolo bijou! Ottimo per un gruppo di amici o una famiglia, le due stanze da letto sono molto comode e grandi, ognuna con il proprio bagno. La casa è nuova e si vede… è tutto perfetto.Nonostante sia in una via con parecchi bar e taverne una volta chiuse le finestre non si sente praticamente nulla.Posizione strategica per girare la città a piedi ma anche con i mezzi (a 2 passi dalla metro).Host molto gentile e attento: ci hanno chiamato e scritto più volte per concordare check in ed effettivo arrivo.Unico appunto: cucina sprovvista di ingredienti base (sale, olio ecc) e solo una capsula di caffè a testa per due giorni di soggiorno… detto questo consigliatissimo!!
