It has an incredible location — you don’t need to use a car since you can reach all points of the city on foot or by Madrid’s fantastic public transport. All services are just steps away: supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, bars, restaurants, etc.

Plus points: We had a nice stay for 5 days at the apartment. It was complete and with comfort decorated. Everything was in good condition. It really feld like home coming.The location was perfect. The distance from the apartment to all the tourist locations was easely to walk.Min points: The apartment is on the fourth floor and you have to be in a good condition to walk the stairs, becouse there is no elevator.The apartment is rather noisy, you hear the neigbours on all sides and through the wooden floors. Being on a holiday, for us that was no problem. It feld like living between the local people.The water boiler is enough for one shower in one hour, so you have to plan that.
