The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, electric kettle, cooking utensils, plates and cutlery.

Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, toiletries, a hairdryer and an iron so you can feel right at home from day one.

Metro Santo Domingo (line 2): 2 minutes walking from the apartment.
Metro Gran Vía (lines 1 and 5): 4 minutes walking from the apartment.
Metro Sol (lines 1, 2 and 3, and suburban train Renfe C3, C4 and Intercity)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

-The address where the keys are delivered is different from that of the apartment.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.

In case of no-show, the 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

The apartment is very close to practically everything in Madrid that you can walk and barely use transportation in the city. The fact that is on the 13th floor allows you to have a beautiful view of Gran Via. Francisca and the team are charming as their name says. Effective, very nice and provide very good reponses in short periods of time. 5-Stars for this apartment.
