Metro Callao (lines 3 and 5): Right in front of the apartment building.
Metro Santo Domingo (line 2): 2 minutes walking from the apartment.
Metro Gran Vía (lines 1 and 5): 4 minutes walking from the apartment.
Metro Sol (lines 1, 2 and 3, and suburban train Renfe C3, C4 and Intercity)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

-The address where the keys are delivered is different from that of the apartment.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.

If cancelled more than 5 days before arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged and any amount paid will be refunded.

In case of no-show, the 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Just the best !! So stop looking! Due to my professionalism (travel guide), I traveled to many different countries from Kuba to Thailand and stayed in hundreds of different types of accommodation from hostels to 5-star resorts. So this is great value for money, with location, elegance etc. The only minus is; it's so central we couldn't see the Madrid underground metro even though it's opposite this property :-) walking distance everywhere, very comfortable apartment, with great equipment, even Netflix options on your TV, etc if your looking are to a private entrance apartment with elegant modern furniture, definitely very clean, great view, don't hesitate to book that. And enjoy the great view of Plaza del Callao and the Madrid.
