IMPORTANT NOTES:

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

-The address where the keys are delivered is different from that of the apartment.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.

I cannot say enough great things about this AirBnb. Communication was so quick and easy, and they were very flexible with check-in. The views are absolutely outstanding (another reviewer mentioned construction but this had been completed by the time I stayed end of June 2021). Though you walk outside to one of the busiest and most exciting parts of Madrid, when the windows are closed the apartment is silent. Also, there’s a 24 hour doorman so the location always felt very safe. I stayed for one week to work remotely from this AirBnb and the wifi worked great, the kitchen was so well equipped with everything I needed to cook meals, and the place was very spacious. There’s a ton of restaurants and stores nearby (plaza de la Luna around the corner, El Corte Inglés has a full grocery store in the basement, and all the stores are so close by), and you’re a 5-10 minute walk from so many tourist locations (La Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, museums, etc) Also, again… the views are UNREAL! El departamento está muy bien. A modo de aporte, le falta: 1) algo para apoyar la ropa en el dormitorio, percha valet, una silla, un perchero, etc. 2) un espejo grande para vestirse. 3) cortinas, por lo menos en el dormitorio, 4) un toma corriente cerca de la mesita de luz. Para mejorar: 1) conexión de internet. 2) la cama!! es dura, está dividida, muy incómoda, 3) amurar el cofre de seguridad, 4) el sofá es totalmente incómodo por lo rígido y pequeño, 5) los cuadros son lindos pero precarios. Espero les sirva el comentario!! Saludos
