THE APARTMENT
Beautiful attic apartment for temporary stays in the heart of Madrid. Located on Fuencarral Street, one of the most famous shopping streets in the city, you’ll be able to walk to all the central areas.
The space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with TV, and a spacious bathroom. The sleeping area features a king-size bed and is separated from the living area by a sliding door. The apartment has air conditioning and comes with bed linens and one set of towels per guest.
PLEASE NOTE THAT TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT YOU MUST CLIMB A NARROW SPIRAL STAIRCASE.
THE AREA
The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Madrid on the trendiest street — Fuencarral — in the pedestrian zone, between the neighborhoods of Chueca and Malasaña. You can walk to every point of interest in the city center. Feel like a true Madrileño during your time in the capital.
Perfectly connected with public transportation, with all metro lines just a short walk away.
The nearest metro stations are Chueca, Tribunal, and Gran Vía.
HOW TO GET HERE
From the Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas):
Take Line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios, transfer to Line 6 towards Laguna. At Diego de León, transfer to Line 5 towards Casa de Campo.
Get off at Chuecaand walk to the provided address.
From Atocha Station:
Take Line 1 towards Pinar de Chamartín. At Gran Vía, transfer to Line 5 towards Alameda de Osuna.
Get off at Chuecaand walk to the provided address.
From Chamartín Station:
Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros. At Gran Vía, transfer to Line 5 towards Alameda de Osuna.
Get off at Chuecaand walk to the provided address.

THE FINE PRINT
-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
