Fantastic 4-bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms and a large kitchen. Newly renovated and ideal for a stay in Madrid.

Located in the best area of the city, full of restaurants, supermarkets (two of them less than 40 metres away), cinemas, gyms… and a car park right opposite.

Decorated in an eclectic style with 18th-century Italian engravings, a Willi Rizzo coffee table, 17th-century Spanish ceramic tiles, 1970s designer lamps, and original mid-century style sofas.

The apartment is very bright and entirely overlooks a spacious and peaceful courtyard, perfect for enjoying complete silence and relaxing after a long day of work or study in Madrid.

Three of the four bedrooms have comfortable double beds, large wardrobes, and desks where you can work on your computer. The other bedroom is equipped with two single beds that can be joined together.

There are also two completely new bathrooms with comfortable showers.

The XL-sized kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, kettle, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, bowls… Additionally, there is a table where you can comfortably have breakfast.

The living room has comfortable sofas and a 65-inch smart TV. There is also a large dining table where everyone can enjoy a pleasant evening together.

Additional amenities include: free WiFi, Premium TV channels (Netflix and Movistar TV), bed linen and towels, air conditioning and heating, unlimited communal hot water (so all guests can shower without worrying about running out), and complimentary toiletries.

THE AREA

Right next to Glorieta de San Bernardo, one of the best areas in Madrid, the street where the apartment is located is very quiet. There are numerous restaurants, cafés where you can enjoy breakfast, and supermarkets nearby.

The Malasaña neighbourhood is just a 5-minute walk away, and Gran Vía is less than 15 minutes on foot, where you can find everything you need to shop for.

Great location, very close to the metro that goes everywhere, uber readily available too. The apartment was very clean and spacious, the grocery store is a few doors down so you can go and get everything you need daily. We cooked almost every day and I found there were enough pans and pots to do so comfortably. Parking was a little tricky but it is possible.

+ Big and bright and peaceful flat, incredibly clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Location is very good, walking distance to night scene and hipster area. Wifi is great for working. Beds are comfortable. Great bathrooms.- One of the rooms is reasonably smaller and with two single beds. Another one sunlight leaks in the morning and wakes you.

Very clean, recently renovated apartment on the 5th floor of a large complex. Photos are accurate... all rooms are well presented, though living room furniture feels a bit dated. 3 large double bedrooms and a small forth twin room. All bedrooms have a/c. Bed was super comfy. Wifi was excellent.. All in all a good apartment, very well located next to shops and Madrid attractions, but lacks personal touches. An agency property.
