The spacious and bright living room has two glass walls that open directly onto the large terrace, a perfect space to enjoy the views or relax. It also includes a TV so you can unwind with a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid.

On the rooftop, you’ll find a spectacular pool, open during the summer months. It’s an ideal spot to rest on a sun lounger and enjoy a drink at the pool bar while taking in the best views of the city.

Additional amenities include air conditioning and heating for your comfort year-round, free Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

The nearest metro station is Cuzco (line 10).

IMPORTANT NOTES:

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.

The host was very nice and communicated well. The apartment is stunning! So beautiful. Definitely a 5 star place. It is spotlessly clean. The are was very nice with a wonderful grocery store a few minutes away. We moved our time there am we will definitely stay there again.

Great place! Loved the house!Easy to find and close to the Real Madrid stadium. In 12 minutes you are in the centre of madird! Also there is a supermarket at 1 minute from the place, and it is 24/7 open!
