A fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary cookware to cook independently and comfortably.

A private bathroom with a shower, modern and functional.

A sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, perfect for accommodating up to 4 people.

The studio also includes air conditioning, heating, bed linens, towels, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, iron, and ironing board.

Located in an area with supermarkets, both traditional and modern bars, the city’s most popular restaurants, and gyms, it’s an ideal place to make Madrid your home.

The nearest metro station is Puerta de Toledo (line 5), 3 minutes from the apartment walking distance.


IMPORTANT NOTES:

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.

would be better if there is a dryer. please also mention on your website (we used booking.com) that balcony has no view. aircon did not work during our stay but no problem since it was cold. but that should be fixed. lastly, coffee was not enough. only 2 pcs for 2 persons for 5 days and 4 nights
