This beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated, is located in the prestigious Barrio de las Letras, in the heart of Madrid. It offers a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, ideal for a stay in the city, whether for work or personal reasons.

Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet, perfect for resting after a day of work or study in Madrid.

The living room features air conditioning, a comfortable sofa bed, a TV perfect for relaxing while watching your favorite shows or movies, and a work desk, making it a versatile space for both rest and remote work. It also has an integrated American-style kitchen with a breakfast bar, ideal for quick meals before starting the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dryer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils, crockery, and glassware.

The bathroom is private and includes a comfortable shower. Free Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, toiletries, iron, and ironing board are also provided — everything you need to feel at home.



HOW TO GET

From the Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas): Take Line 8 in the direction of Nuevos Ministerios and, once there, transfer to Line 6 in the direction of Lucero. Get off at the Cuatro Caminos station and, once there, transfer to Line 1 in the direction of Valdecarros. Get off at the Antón Martín station and walk to the address provided.

From Atocha: Take Line 1 towards Pinar de Chamartín. Get off at the Antón Martín station and walk to the address provided.

From Chamartín: Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros. Get off at the Antón Martín station and walk to the address provided.

If you come by car, check the Madrid City Council website to find out where to drive and where to park.



HOW TO MOVE AROUND

The closest metro stations are Antón Martín (Line 1) and Sol (Lines 1, 2, 3 and Renfe commuter trains, very useful if you come from the airport by metro or suburban trains).



IMPORTANT NOTES:

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.

My husband, our 2 year-old daughter and I stayed at this apartment for a week. It was clean, cozy, decorated with good taste, good appliances. Looks like it was recently renovated. It’s not big but it was spacious enough for us three. The area is unbeatable, with nice little restaurants, boutiques, cafes and places too visit. It was just what we needed and the hosts were always amicable, helpful and accommodating. We’d stay here again.

Great space to stay in the city center of Madrid! Just as you can see in the photos, the place is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities you could need.The owners were great in extending our stay as we were locked in due to the heavy snow in Madrid. They were always available.

This was a great location for us as we could walk to all the sites that we wanted to visit during our stay. Having an apartment for our lodging felt very luxurious, due to all the space available. The kitchen was well-appointed and enabled us to do the minor cooking that we wanted to do.
