HOW TO GET THERE

The nearest metro station is Príncipe de Vergara (lines 2 and 9), and the Goya station (lines 2 and 4) is also just a 5-minute walk away. These public transportation connections provide easy access to any part of Madrid, making the apartment a convenient option for those who need to move around the city regularly.

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.

We had a fantastic stay at this flat. The location could not be better as it is next to one of the main metro stations in Madrid. Place was very clean, spacious, and very nicely decorated. The apartment was great. The location can't be beat, you have Principe de Vergara metro station at your door, literally less than 30 seconds away. The park is a short walk away, as are great stores, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment itself is very nicely decorated and very confortable. It had everything that we needed for our stay. They also included some amenities in the bathroom which was nice. Check in and check out was very easy. All and all a perfect stay for us
