The apartment accommodates 4 people. It features one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The living room includes a dining table, a sofa bed for 2 people, and a flat-screen TV—perfect for enjoying a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid. Additionally, there are two balconies facing the street.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, and cups.

Amenities also include free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as complimentary toiletries.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

The central location of this roomy, clean accommodation with a great kitchen is superb. We could do so much on foot or access the nearby metro station or do a short taxi ride to the main train station. And although we were in the hub of things (the Plaza Mayor and Food Market) with a convenient grocery store nearby, the accommodation is relatively quiet as one side faces a quiet less frequented side street. I would definitely choose this place the next time I visit Madrid. Also worth mentioning is the smooth, friendly and helpful arrangement of key pick up and getting settled into our new surroundings. We were 3 people.

El apartamento esta ubicado en un lugar realmente espectacular, a pocos metros del mercado San Miguel y de la Plaza Mayor. Tiene un living espacioso y confortable. El sector de cocina es cómodo. El baño excelente y el dormitorio bien, con algunos aspectos de mobiliario a mejorar, pero que de ninguna manera desmerecen el servicio recibido. Nos hemos encontrado muy a gusto en nuestra estadía y lo recomendaremos. Muchas gracias!
